www.indiapost.gov.in - West Bengal Postal Circle invited applications from unemployed possessing 10+2 or equivalent qualification with at least 60% marks for the recruitment of Postal Assistants /Sorting Assistants vacancies in West Bengal region. It has released employment notification for this with full details and the last date or reaching of applications is 1st October, 2012.
Postal Assistants / Sorting Assistants: 406 (OC-184, SC-44, ST-17, OBC-103, PH-13, Ex-SM-45)
Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay 2400
Age between : 18 to 27 years
Academic Qualifications: 10+2 with minimum 60% with one subject English is compulsory.
Application Process: eligible job seekers can obtain the application forms from the counters of Head Post offices and nominated post offices or West Bengal Circle on payment of Rs. 50/-. Candidates should also have to pay Rs.200 as examination fee in UCR/ACG-67 mode and get a receipt of it. Duly filled in applications should be sent along with AGC-67/UCR fee receipt and with other documents to “The Direct Recruitment Cell, New Delhi HO, New Delhi-110001” so as to reach on or before the last date 1st October, 2012.
